These rules describe how we handle information relating to an identified or identifiable person (Personal Data) for services performed through our information systems and websites (Systems). Users expressly consent to the Processing of their Personal Data as described here. Processing means any operation involving Personal Data, including collection, transfer, storage, use, revision, disclosure, archiving, or destruction.

This Privacy Policy is effective on 21 March 2019. Newsha may amend it by posting amended terms on its Systems. Amended terms take effect 30 days after initial posting and disclosure. Continued use of the Systems constitutes consent to the changes.

1.3.1 Purpose and Scope of Processing

Our primary purpose in collecting Personal Data is to provide safe and efficient services. We process users’ personal data only to the extent required to provide a functional website and services related to our Terms and Conditions.

1.3.2 Data Deletion and Storage Period

Regardless of possible revocation of consent, we process and store personal data for as long as, and to the extent, required to satisfy the respective purposes.

    1.3.3 Recipients

We pass personal data to third parties only when necessary to carry out payment transactions, purchases, or orders—for example, transmitting customer data to banks, credit-card reservation systems, or booking services.

We do not sell or rent Users’ Personal Data to third parties for marketing without explicit consent. To stop marketing communications, email privacy@newshadrinks.com.

    1.4 Rights of Data Subjects

If we collect or process personal data on this website, you are a data subject under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have rights of access, rectification and erasure, restriction and objection to processing, and data portability. Contact privacy@newshadrinks.com to exercise these rights.

    1.5 Revocation of Consent

You may revoke consent to process your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@newshadrinks.com. Revocation does not affect the legality of processing performed before that point.

    2. Processing of Personal Data

3.1 Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Personal Data

Users can see, review, and change most Personal Data by signing in to the password-protected area of the Systems. We generally do not modify it manually because remote identity verification can be difficult. Users are responsible for promptly updating inaccurate or changed data.

To stop receiving messages, special offers, or newsletters previously accepted, email privacy@newshadrinks.com.

    3.2 Deletion of Data

You may request deletion of stored data, free of charge, at any time through the “Termination of Distributorship” menu in your virtual office. Otherwise, data is processed until we receive that request.

We retain Personal Data from closed accounts when necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud, collect fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist investigations, and take other legally permitted actions.

    4. Security Information

We use technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, and destruction. Personal Data is treated as a valuable asset and protected through measures such as encryption, passwords, and physical security. However, third parties may unlawfully intercept transmissions or private communications, so we cannot promise that Personal Data or private communications will always remain private.

Your password is the key to your account. Use a unique combination of numbers, letters, and special characters and do not disclose it. You are responsible for actions taken through your account when credentials are shared. If your password may be compromised, notify us immediately and change it.
